The quote tool

Getting rates requires gender, birthday, a self-rating of health, tobacco status, intended benefit amount and policy duration. A quoting engine operated by the carriers' system receives these facts to return rates and does not retain them on this site. Rates need no personal name, street, phone, or electronic mail. The server will cache identical requests temporarily to avoid repeated calls to the quote system.

Applying

If you proceed to apply, your answers populate a confidential application administered by the carriers' platform, which then follows its own information rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance business (License 0B75129), runs all application processes.

The contact form

Our contact form collects your name, electronic mail address, an optional telephone number, your communication preference, a category for your query and your text. Mail is forwarded to the insurance firm using your email as the return address. This site archives nothing: no copy of your note, no tracking database, no record of what you wrote. A lightweight anti-fraud routine activates before transmission.

Measurement

This site tracks visits using privacy-first, no-cookie analytics from this domain. We do not use cookies or browser identifiers; your IP gets masked (two bytes removed) before storage; queries in referrer data are stripped; server logs expire after three months. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

This site does not buy, barter or forward personal information; does not employ advertising networks; and does not use visitor analytics from external firms. The sole external script lives on the application page only and belongs to the carriers' form system.
